Orders

The shipping process takes 2-3 days for the Jabodetabek area and 3-5 days for other regions.

The shipping tracking number will be sent to the email associated with your Setatamuda account. This tracking number will be a clickable link that takes you to the shipping tracking page.

If the package takes longer than expected, please contact us for assistance in checking the status of your package via WhatsApp +62 822 1894 1252. Our customer service team will be happy to help you!

Canceling Orders

Should you wish to cancel your order after your payment has been processed, please call us on + 61 03 8290 0500 and we will try our best to accommodate your request. Please note there may be instances where we are unable to change or cancel your order.

Payment

All payments for items purchased through Setatamuda online will be made through a secure payment gateway. A proof of purchase receipt for the transaction will be sent to you along with your purchase.
